Srinivas Medishetty began his career at Union Bank of India and went on to serve as Assistant Vice President at Tata Capital, where he headed the Project Finance division for South India. At HSBC, he worked in Credit Risk, managing the business banking portfolio across the APAC region and played a key role in setting up the offshore business center for Global & Wholesale Banking credit approvals.
With over two decades of experience in credit and risk management across leading national and multinational banks, Srinivas transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2017. He co-founded the SREEMAAVI Group, which has since completed four major real estate projects totaling nearly one million square feet.
In December 2022, he founded Vantage Precision, spearheading its growth, and also co-founded Vantage Steel Structures, strategically positioning the group as a rising player in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. Drawing on a powerful professional network built over 25 years and deep exposure to diverse sectors, Srinivas brings vision, resilience, and strategic leadership to all his ventures.

A career serial entrepreneur, Nagendra Medishetty is the visionary force behind the SREEMAAVI Group. His early exposure to business, gained through close collaboration with his father, laid a solid foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. Though his career initially took him to the ITES sector in the United States, his passion for building and creating led him back to India in 2017, after spending over 15 years in the UK and USA.
With a diverse background spanning multiple industries and project management roles, Nagendra plays a critical role in driving the group’s strategic planning and execution. His artistic sensibility and design acumen have shaped the distinctive architectural identity of SREEMAAVI, helping it become a trusted and recognizable name in the construction industry.
A seasoned strategist and hands-on project manager, Nagendra has led landmark initiatives-most notably, the fastest completion of an apartment project in Warangal, a feat unmatched in the region’s real estate market over the past two decades. His leadership inspires confidence across the organization, consistently resulting in timely, high-quality project delivery.
He strongly believes that mediocrity is never an option, a philosophy that defines both his leadership and the culture he cultivates at SREEMAAVI.

Koteswara Rao is the most seasoned and experienced member of the group, bringing over two decades of entrepreneurial and operational expertise. He began his journey in 2000 by successfully transforming Satya Sai Fabricators into a respected and reliable manufacturing firm.
His extensive industry experience and the strong network he has cultivated over the years have been pivotal in establishing a solid foundation for Vantage‘s entry into the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and fabrication sector. His leadership and credibility have played a key role in building trust and operational strength across the group’s ventures.

Chitukula Govardhan Reddy
Director & Chief Projects Officer
Govardhan Reddy Chitukula serves as the Chief Projects Officer, bringing over two decades of diverse business experience with a strong focus on the steel and fabrication sector. With more than 16 years immersed in the Australian business ecosystem and an entrepreneurial background spanning India and Australia, Govardhan combines technical expertise with strategic vision to lead the company’s most critical projects.
Govardhan plays a key role in shaping the organization’s project management frameworks, fostering innovation, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across all functions. He works closely with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory authorities to drive collaboration, compliance, and consistent performance.
Beyond his technical and operational capabilities, Govardhan has led ventures in fuel retail, Tattslotto operations, and real estate development in India, bringing a multifaceted business perspective to the leadership team. Dinesh Harshavardhan is an engineering graduate with a robust foundation in technology and a dynamic career bridging IT and business leadership. He began his professional journey in the IT sector, spending nearly six years honing expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. During his tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, he served as a Team Lead, further strengthening his credentials in cutting-edge technology and innovation.
Since joining Vantage in 2023, Dinesh has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving sales growth. He is instrumental in fostering innovation, spearheading research initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency, all while expanding the firm’s market presence.
His leadership has cultivated strong relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders, significantly contributing to Vantage’s steady growth and consistent performance. Shreyas Medishetty
Associate Vice President -Finance, Risk & Compliance
Shreyas Medishetty brings fresh perspectives and a global academic foundation to the firm’s leadership team. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics, from the prestigious University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
He is also a Certified Futures and Options Analyst (CFOA), further enhancing his financial and analytical expertise. During his academic career, Shreyas was actively involved in leadership fellow programs and played a pivotal role in revitalizing the university’s Investment Club.
A skilled writer and researcher, he contributed scholarly reports and articles to Niner Times, the university’s official publication. His passion for strategy, growth, and financial innovation positions him as a key force driving the firm’s expansion and future-focused initiatives.
Vamsi Krishna Dubbaka
Vice President – Projects
Vamsi Krishna Dubbaka, a B. Tech graduate, serves as the Director and Project Officer, playing a vital role in the successful execution of the company’s projects. Known for his exceptional communication skills, he effectively liaises with clients to fully understand their requirements and ensures seamless delivery aligned with their expectations.
